The programme in brief:
Information evening at Rampage Fitness City: 18th July 2018, 6.30pm
10 Week Training Programme: 30 July - 7 October 2018
Travel to Nepal for the 12 Day Trek: Depart NZ 11th October 2018, Return to NZ 28th October 2018

Mt Everest stands proud at 8,848m high dwarfing the peaks that surround it, those peaks that are within a handful of the most prominent and highest summits on this Earth. The mountain forms part of the border between Nepal and the Chinese State of Tibet. The peak is 11,686km (11,686,000m) away from New Plymouth New Zealand. 

28 year old Natalie Cameron and her Mother accomplished the Everest Base Camp trek in April 2018. Natalie summed up her experience by saying:

Everest Base Camp trek was a trip of a life time! And it was made even more special as both my mum and I and our group of 10 all made it to base camp! The whole experience far exceeded my expectations from the beauty of the mountains as you hike to the friendly locals who are so hospitable and welcoming! Every day as you get closer the excitement builds!! Being from New Zealand I felt very connected and had a sense of pride of all the amazing things Sir Ed achieved and the support he gave to the locals. Nepal I will be back! Namaste

Then is topped off with a breathtaking trip to the Himalaya in Nepal. Including; time in Kathmandu city and a life changing 12-day return hike to Everest Base Camp!!

International flights, transfers, travel insurance and Nepal expenses (excluding spending money and tips) are included within the trek. We are working alongside World Nomads Travel Insurance and an international flight agent.

We are beavering away to settle on the best deals on international flights for you and therefore costs are yet to be finalised.
