As COVID-19 circumnavigates the globe, the crew at Experience Earth have been putting measures in place to ensure the protection of our staff, local suppliers, clients and the general public.

As of Monday 23 March 2020, all Experience Earth staff are equipped and will be working at home in self-isolation. We are available to take any questions or queries from you. To contact our team please email: info@experienceearthtravel.com.

Our local suppliers have also shut up shop and returned to their families in Kathmandu and their local villages.

Aligned with the New Zealand Government and Government of Nepal introducing nationwide lock-downs on 25 March 2020,11.59pm (NZDT) and 25 March 2020, 06.00am (GMT +5.45) respectively all Experience Earth bookings have been temporarily cancelled or delayed for the immediate future.

All existing clients with existing bookings will be contacted by our staff to discuss alternate arrangements for re-booking to a later time or cancellations with full refunds.

We can report that Experience Earth Travel has no clients stranded in Nepal through this time.

The reality is, that when we emerge from this global pandemic the world will be different form the one that existed previously. How the tourism industry globally and in Nepal responds to this change and how long this will take is an unknown and Experience Earth will be monitoring this closely.

Our local suppliers rely on businesses like us to run programmes for you that ultimately feed their economies and therefore we ask that you consider your choices when we contact you. All of us are going to unite, not be afraid and spread our generosity to kick start the world again.

If you have any questions please contact our team at Experience Earth Travel, info@experienceearthtravel.com

Stay safe, look after each other, listen to the advice form WHO and your local leaders, stay at home and see you all on the mountains in the not to distant future.
